VV Collections is a women’s ethnic wear brand specializing in kurtis, gowns, tops, and other readymade garments.

All products, prices, and offers displayed on our website or social media are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with the revised date.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product images, descriptions, and prices are accurate.

Slight variations in color or fabric may occur due to lighting, photography, or device display settings.

Accessories shown in images (like dupattas, jewelry, or belts) may not always be included unless mentioned in the product description.

3. Orders and Payments

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Payments must be made in full before dispatch through our secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, or Cashfree).

In-store purchases can be made using cash, UPI, or card payments.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

Payment failure or incomplete transaction

Invalid shipping address

Unavailable stock

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and any payment received will be refunded as per our refund policy

4. Pricing and Discounts

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Discounts, offers, and coupons may vary based on ongoing promotions or influencer campaigns.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service.

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers

6. Exchange and Return Policy

We currently offer exchange only for size issues or defective items (no direct returns or refunds on non-defective products).

To request an exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

Once verified, we’ll arrange an exchange or provide a store credit (if the same product is unavailable).

Shipping charges for exchanges may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

No exchange/refund will be applicable for:

Clearance sale items

Custom-stitched or altered garments

Orders placed through influencer promotions with special pricing

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

In eligible cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

8. Influencer & Social Media Promotions

VV Collections collaborates with YouTube vloggers and social media influencers to showcase our products.

Prices, discounts, and product availability featured in videos or posts may vary from current offers.

We are not responsible for outdated or third-party promotional claims once a campaign ends.

Always verify current prices and stock on our official website or WhatsApp before ordering.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social platforms — including images, product photos, videos, logos, and descriptions — is the property of VV Collections.
Unauthorized reproduction, editing, or reuse of our content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

VV Collections will not be liable for:

Delays or failures caused by courier services or unforeseen events

Color or size variations due to display settings

Losses arising from user error during checkout or payment

Our maximum liability, in any case, will be limited to the value of the product purchased.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
